I ordered a truck in October of 2022 from this dealer. It arrived on April 15th and I went in had a deposit on it as well as financing. I could not take the truck on Saturday because they had no keys to it. Also the interest rate was way to high. Monday morning they got the interest rate lowered and we let the dealer know we would be in that night to sign papers. Later that day Randy Allen and another manager named AJ had sold my truck out from under me for more money!

Essential Ford replaced the crankcase pressure sensor/tube on our 2017 **** Escape. Upon examination of the invoice I was flabbergasted at the Labor charge - $ ******. The authorized time to change out the part is 1.0 hour. I obtained the cars trouble code P051B prior to taking it to the dealer and while I totally understand a charge to confirm diagnosis, the additional charges Essential Ford added-on is absolutely ridiculous. Most Everyone at the dealer as great. The sales person was not honest about the size of the fuel tank. This is very important so we can pick up our grandchildren and not have to stop for fuel with them. Took the car home to find this about after asking two times. Now out thousands of dollars as will be trading in a car that is less than a month old for a car with better range. I would of ordered a different vehicle from then for the rang needed. Beware of this dealership. My 21 year old son and his 20 year old girlfriend went into Essential Ford of Stuart. These people saw two young people come in and tried to take advantage of them because they were young. My son and girlfriend test drove the car and then sat down with them. They said he couldn't get down to the payment that she could afford. She was going to put down $2000.00 and finance the rest. They told her to get a car with a higher payment and only put down $1000.00 and use the other $1000.00 to make payment... read more

We bought a beautiful Ford Edge Titanium from them in March 2021. However, I cannot say that the experience was pleasant. Buying a car is never easy or quick but we got it done and left with a new used car. As part of the contract we asked that the windshield be fixed from something that had hit it at some point and cracked it in one place and left divots in three others. It took almost three weeks to get someone out to our house to fix it and all they did was fill it with a solidifying liquid when the entire windshield need... read more
