I had issues with my transmission, ****** took full control, gave me a new vehicle to use while they are looking at the problem. ****** called me , they found the problem he ask if I could Leave my truck there so they could repair the issue. Fortunately, everything was under warranty and the loaner car was free. I couldnt be any more pleased with the service that was done.

This dealership is terrible! Im on vacation in ******* from **** and my 2021 Bronco decided to break down. A full week after getting it towed to Essential Ford of ************************ in the service department tells me its the alternator and will need to order the part. Im have spent over $1,200 more than I budgeted due to having to stay longer than expected in ******* and wait for them to get my Bronco in. On a new $40K Bronco, like yours, you should only go to manufacturer dealerships, with trained technicians who use OEM factory parts. Autozone did you no favors. I've taken my 2013 Ford F-150 truck to Essential Ford since I purchased the vehicle. The staff is always prompt, friendly, and efficient. I took it to another dealer a few months ago for a different issue, and they were friendly, but I didn't feel like I got the same service as Essential Ford. Won't take my truck anywhere else, from now on!

After having 3 of my **** vehicles serviced at Essential Ford, I will never use this dealership again. The general manager ***** was unprofessional and the payment system is a joke. I spent $17,000 on service work within the last 6 months and as a general contractor, small business owner and ******************* customer for the last 25 years I cant believe how poor their customer service is. Ill happily spread the word to keep future customers away.

Essentail Ford Service Manager, I though it very unprofessional that you won’t work on my car, why, because I brought to your attention that your business was trying to take advantage of a senior and veteran. Let me explain so you know what was done. I brought my car into Essential Ford on 03/02/2023 to diagnose a parking aid fault after someone hit my wife in a parking lot. Last year I took my 2011 Ford Edge limited to the dealer for diagnostic and evaluation, then they found some electrical issue and I spent 1794 dollars, they also manipulate the car's rear camera and place back to the car on reverse and they never took responsibility for it. months later my car started doing the same failure to getting started, I have been trying to contact to Heather Semonish to let her know that the car is presenting the same problem that they supposed to fixed but she is ignoring my calls and text messages... read more

I am very disturbed by the lack of concern for my daughters safety from the service department at this **** dealership. Let me start by stating that my daughter took her ****************** on 04APR23 for a steering issue. It was intermittently shutting off making it VERY difficult to steer. They pulled up a U3000 code, which is a Power Steering Control Module. My daughter did not tell me this information. She just told me it was a TPS and that they could not duplicate the issue.
