I have attended several yoga classes here and have a 2 week standing appointment for massage here. The Tuesday yoga classes have been wonderful as I am just starting my journey into this medium of self awareness blended with stretching work out. Lori has been both my Yogi and my massage therapist here, I can't say enough good things about her. I have additionally gone to Hayden for hypnosis and general therapy. I will continue to go to both as they are world class
Great place, great atmosphere very professional and knowledgeable. Hayden performed hypnosis on myself for anxiety. Hayden did a great job explaining to me the process and what to expect. We also started CBD oil provided by Hayden. CBD oil is used for my husband who suffered a massive stroke in Aug of 2016. Although he has only been on for 4 days he states he feels different, even asked me to take him off his medication.
