Fantastic staff, beautiful space and a commitment to whole wellness! They have so many services here, there is something for everyone.
What a relaxing, freeing and empowering experience. I cannot rave enough about Hayden and his hypnotherapy. I used to not understand what it was, but it's more of a guided meditation. His knowledge on Chinese elemental theory was incredibly interesting and profound and applicable. I have been having massages from Monique.I see her because she relieves the tight knots in my muscles and also provides a very relaxing environment. The moment I lie down on the massage table, I feel better. The environment is so peaceful, it’s like taking a vacation from the stress of everyday life. Sometimes I talk and other times I am quiet, depending on the mood I am in. She is able to use deep pressure on the areas that I need it, and lighter pressure on other areas. What a wonderful experience I had working with Shelley and her team at the essential balance wellness center. I rented the beautiful venue for a makeup class I was teaching. I chose this space because of the amazing natural light and the light hardwood floors added to the airy feel of the atmosphere. With the included table and chairs this was a value that I could not beat! I highly recommend the essential balance wellness center for all of your event needs. Shelley is awesome!!

This place has an incredible amount of positive vibes from the moment we stepped in. This is definitely a place for all your needs for your mind, body, and soul. It's a treat going somewhere that isn't all about medicating you. I look forward to going back.
