I live in Seminole Heights and love that it doesn’t take me but 2 minutes to get to my counseling sessions :) I’m a sucker for historic homes and love how it has been renovated. It’s very warm, inviting and clean. I have only seen my counselor there but passing by the massage rooms, in my opinion they appear spa worthy. In regards to my counseling with Hayden, I have never felt more comfortable with a therapist. I like the holistic actualization experienced here. This practice takes care of body mind and spirit. For me ( as an ancient person) it feels marvelously futuristic - my dreams of what the future COULD be are finding their evolution here, at Essential Balance.
My first recommendation is for Markus Hayden Sutherland. His kind, compassionate care in the use of hypnotherapy is remarkable. The goals I wishes to attain were met in a fantastic and fulfilling way. I cannot express enough how this man and this treatment have changed my life for the better.

I just had an Massage with Monique, I can’t find the words to describe how I am feeling, the entire experience was breath taking, from the facility to the facilitator, Monique takes pride in her work, she’s professional and personable she said it best herself “it’s all about the customer” I will definitely book another session with her.
