Really disappointed with my experience with this Honda crew. After buying my first Honda at the former Essendon Fields dealership, I thought I’d be Honda for life. This time around, I was looking to upsize and was looking at the market for what would work in my price range. I bought my new car in April and have been so happy from day one. Josh was so friendly and helpful, and his knowledge of Honda cars is amazing! He answered every question we asked, spending the time to make sure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh. My car is now due for its first service and I’m very pleased we bought from Essendon Honda.
Fast & efficient. Informative and realistic with expected time of completion. Team at Essendon service centre are friendly helpful and deliver the same high standards each & everytime.
I could not have asked for any better service than what i received from Cristiano @ Essendon Honda - from the moment he arranged a test drive of the Honda ZRV to when I collected my new car the service was impeccable. Any questions I had , Cristiano was able to answer with professionalism and courtesy - highly recommended.
