Unprofessional. Purchased out of state and car came with mail in tired and bald front tires which were not shown on pictures. Ben was responsive at first but after signing he wasn’t professional and did not prioritize other needs. Won’t be purchasing from here again

Awful, awful, awful! Do not waste your time with the people at this establishment. They sold me a car that has so many issues, the BMW service center is losing count. Hole in the radiator (which was filled with a foreign substance to try and cover up the leak), rusted suspension and brake parts, defective voice command, parking brake malfunction... just to name a few. Because the parts are so rusted, the vehicle warranty will not apply. Mind you, I've had the car for 6 weeks, and its only been in my possession 7 days total! ... read more
