When I first started with Essence for Wellness I had already been under the care of another Integrative medicine practice. I was given direction from them to go on an elimination diet. Almost 6 weeks into the diet I didn’t get much relief from my symptoms so I started under the care of Ed and Luzia Costa at Essence for Wellness.
