Always a great experience.
First time going and I had the pumpkin pie drink (can't think of the name, but it's seasonal so it probably doesn't matter much) and it was great. The people working were extremely nice and helpful. They've definitely given me some other suggestions that I'm going to try. My only complaint is they're not closer to me.
