My experience over the 15+ years with Dr. Esper has literally been life changing! He as well as his staff are professionals and have a sense of family spending qualities. Everyone working are very well trained and answers all concerns in a way I can understand!

Dr.Bill Esper is a gentle caring doctor who has so many patients who love him. He knows how to test and care for his patients as no other Cardiologist I have been to in Erie,Pa. He is an immediate friend to all of his patient. He explains everything in everyday language so anyone understands him.
