Elizabeth is knowledgable, but more importantly has a fantastic eye. Her arrangements are well-designed, and I've always been blown away by how well-curated her stems are, with a focus on the unique and local. Espe is a hidden gem, and my favorite florist in Portland: a great selection with a humble and accessible environment, without the pretentiousness and pressure of many other spots. Can't recommend this place enough.
