Who knew! Toothpaste is abrasive. esmiles is always learning and sharing with patience(yes that word). I'm so glad I chose this dental practice when I moved to Grand Rapids. Thanks to everyone.
Friendly, efficient
Staff is very friendly from the front desk to the hygienist and dentists. I find it’s very easy to schedule appointments. Cleaning appointments are professional. Highly recommend.
I had a cleaning yesterday with Lauren and she was very friendly and efficient. She did a great job explaining what she was doing for my gums and what i needed to do to keep them healthy. Very easy experience. Dr. Ted came in to review and he was professional and friendly, as always.
When I came about 20 years ago because my top denture had snapped in half due to a fall. I had to have a new one made. Dr Ted took such careful attention to make sure they would fit perfect and the color matched my real bottom teeth. I was so pleased with the new denture that fit perfect and needed no adjustment. I have been that pleased with everything he has for me and my teeth since.
Esmiles made me to fall in love with dentists!!! They are the best!
