My cleaning went well due to the good care by Beth. She is very thorough and always makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. Rosanne answers all questions and enjoys discussing next steps in her care for me. I'm glad I am a patient of esmiles.
I had Bethany as my hygienist. I have never had a hygienist explain to me every step in the process before and why she was doing it, why she checks her work with air, how she removed stains, etc. I needed x-rays which is tricky for me because I am a gagger. She worked with me with different options until it was accomplished. She gave me good advise on how to brush my back teeth without gagging with the use of mouth wash. Good to know! The staff treat you like more than a client. My techie Laura is great. The office mgr Laurel holds it all together. And Dr Ted always has time for more than just a quick in-and-out. All together, a great experience.
Our family has been going to eSmiles for over 25 years. They are professional, keep up with best practices, they have excellent chair side manner and genuinely care about each patient as individuals.
