Dr. Kono is our family dentist - A well-respected oral surgeon had recommended him a number of years ago and we've been very happy since.
Dr. Bahl was so helpful and made me totally comfortable during my visit with her. She would be my first choice to see again if Dr. Keller is away. Rose the x-ray technician, and Ling, Dr' Bahl's assistant were also professional and kind.
Had to wait for 10 minutes past my appointment time.
Excellent Service from the time I enter the office to the time I left.
Reminder stocking I had a reminder text one week before the appt and had to reply which I did - email reminder same day. Then text reminder 3 days before and email reminder. And THEN text reminder at 6 AM!!!!! When I cam to the office I opted out of text reminders and still got a reminder same day for my NOVEMBER appt! Again text and email. A bit too much for me. 6 AM for a reminder is just unbelievable.
As always all personnel are friendly and professional. Makes "going to the dentist" less formidable! Thank you. Martin
I have visited with Dr. Keller for 18 years and it was the first time that I would rate my visit as below average. The issue was with the hygienist who seemed to want to take short cuts through the entire time I was there. For example, she only scraped, flossed and brushed the front upper and lower teeth and did not go back far enough to the molars. People have generally been great....for 45 years! However, I am receiving way too many emails and texts. One email reminder will do! Even had emails and texts after I confirmed online.
After having made a long and carefully contemplated decision with Dr. Kono to go with porcelain-coated gold crowns, the Dental Assistant who took me back to the room proceeded to explain why she had a medical duty to explain to me that all gold crowns had material advantages, 6 times less tooth removal (0.5 mm vs. 3 mm) and other advocacy for changing my mind.
