I'm very pleased to have found your practice in Palo Alto.
Everyone was very nice and friendly. They did a good job cleaning as well. But Everything seemed chaotic and I left not knowing how to pay or when/if they would followup on my XRays. Seemed like I was rushed out the door.
Pam is the BEST in this area! She is one of the most important factor our whole family is in the clinic.
Great place for a dental visit. Have been going for years and years and just love Tiffany as my hygienist and Dr. Scott as our dentist. Over 24 years!
Best hygiene appointment I've ever had, both for cleaning and for advice and recommendations. Maria was my hygienist. Dr. Kono is always great, and he stayed late to give me a checkup.
Maria is always courteous and conscientious in preventing patient discomfort during their hygienes. She does a thorough job each time. I respect Maria since her work is not easy, yet she is always in high spirits and is a true professional!

Hi there My frustration is that my appt was at 10:15 am. My multiple reminders all said 10:15. Based on the 10:15 appointment and th usual 45 minutes my teeth cleaning and exam take I scheduled an interview at 11:15. I arrived before 10 and was immediately taken back for x rays. I then waited 40 minutes to be aken back for my teeth cleaning at 10:40 I did go up to the desk at 10:30 and asked how much longer I had to wait. At that point I was told the 10:15 appt was for the X-ray and my teeth cleaning wasn't scheduled until 1... read more
