Ruth Urban was my hygienist--she is very thorough and personable.
I was highly disappointed in my experience this past visit. I have been coming here for almost two years now and, again, did not see my assigned doctor. I was even told my doctor never stays past 3:30. I am a teacher and never come in until after 4. Why am I being told now my doctor will never be able to see me? I was also accusatory told I should have requested someone else when no one told me that was what I was supposed to do.
