Newer lounge. Very attentive service.
After a bit of a rude encounter with a woman working at the front desk, we were helped by a fantastic gentleman named Laveal who very courteously got us checked in and also ended up taking care of us in the dining area and the bar. In an airport atmosphere where most folks are already stressed and on edge, the industry needs more people such as him. Food was good and the options were varied. For a new lounge space, this one is top notch.
