Attentive to procedure
Beware of BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Purchased a Groupon for this Spa, the expiration date was extended TO 04/10/21, due to COVID-19 and spas being closed. I attempted to use it yesterday and was told that they have a NEW BOSS who would not allow the use of the Groupon on the first visit, but I could use it next time. After I paid cash, I was told that the NEW BOSS said that they would NOT EVER ACCEPT it. So sorry because the spa treatment was good and I would have returned to have additional treatments in the future.
