I haven't actually taken my cat in to them yet. They were very kind and caring on the phone and tried to help me as much as possible, that right there should earn them five stars, but I can't give five stars. They don't accept payments and no other place will either. Almost like if you don't have money your animal is as good as dead and that is very wrong and sad to me. I'm going in tomorrow if I can find the money, I just hope my baby can be saved before it's too late.
A wonderful, caring group of people. Highly recommend.
Dr Hyde and Dr. Williams are the best. They always take good care of my pets and go out of their way to ensure all my questions are answers. They treat my pets as if they were their own. There is no better vet then those at Erz.
