AVOID!!!!!!!! Please do yourself a big favor and avoid these thieves. Virgin Atlantic gave me a refund for a change fee (which was much less than what these thieves charged me in the first place, so they are making money on the back of people in dire situations!!!), but NEVER passed the refund on to me. for your sake i hope you DONT use this company or the subsidiary Air Tkt.com. i have been misled by them and and they charge me full price +55 dollar ,and give me a invalid E-ticket !!,and It cost me about $600, and I called them for explanation they told me they just don't want give me the ticket,and then Put on hold for hours and then disconnected,till today they still refuse to refund any money to me!
It is our first family trip to Europe and the air fare rates could not be beat. After following the instructions to authorize payment, eTickets were promptly received. Checked with airlines and all is well. Whenever, I have called to ask a question about the booking, I have had a quick response from customer service. I made a booking to Manchester, England. The fare was 10% cheaper when compared to the airline. The booking was immediate, same as booking with the airline, and the confirmation also provided the airline booking number that could be immediately verified on the airline's webpage. So an excellent overall experience.
Well hopefully future consumers will read this before they choose to do business with Eros. I will post reviews in every possible website and BBB (Which they are not members) but have 20 complaints in the last year. We booked international travel for our family a month in advance. First weird was not only did we have to verify to small amounts in our bank, but we also had to send scanned copies of our credit card and passports. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! STAY AWAY! They promised a refund over 2 months ago, never sent it, now they put my calls on hold, transfer me to "Billing Dept" who drop my call without answering. No reply to e-mails, no recourse through the credit cards. STAY AWAY!!! I would give a Negative Star rating if I could!

I will NEVER use this company again. Customer service was horrible. I got transferred 10 different times and every one of them were rude. Our flight was rescheduled and the company did not bother to notify us. They had booked us on another flight and we had no idea. This is not the kind of stress that is needed the night before the flight.
crooks liars and thieves. worst than the federal government. i ordered a ticket online and then needed to make a change on the return date. they wanted $475 while the price on the internet is still the same. they are scammers and just want your money. i have now contacted the state attorney's office in los angeles and filed a report. trying to get a refund so i can book with someone else. they also lie and say your ticket will be emailed to you but it never is. they will charge you for a cancellation fee. they are indians th... read more
