We found this spot by googling best places to eat in Tahoe and this place came up and the reviews did not let us down, everyone of the staff is pleasant relaxing nice good people made the whole experience came back two times thank you should have bought the coffee
We came in and immediately were not welcomed in, completely ignored by the staff while they continued to walk past my family and I. We waited 10 mins to then find out we had to do their job for them and write our name and party number on a piece of paper without anyone asking us to do so. How were we supposed to know that was our job as a customer to do? I wasn’t aware that was a cardinal rule..
