We had been going to Ernesto’s for many years. The last time we went, we had poor service. We brought it to the new Managers attention. We also noticed that they have changed Managers several times. Anyway, the new Manager asked what he could do to make it right. I asked him to be creative in how he compensated us for the poor experience, and that I wanted a call once all was addressed, so that I would feel compelled with good reason to return back. RecommendedI asked if my table and seat that had food on it could be cleaned before I sat down and the waitress was incredibly rude who cleaned it! and acted like there was no issue with seating us at dirty table!!! First time I've ever had bad service here 👎
