Ernesto's took a bittersweet memory of our wedding rings and created a stunning cross pendant from them both. A mistake was made in their communication in resizing our rings using our own gold... they made it right by making the whole bill free of charge... the extra gold added, and the work too! They are First Class all the way! Thanks Monica!
