Terrible workmanship even on a simple watch battery replacement (on a 2 year old up-brand Bulova chronograph). Water vapor cloud under the crystal within one day (indicating moisture resistant seal was broken and not fixed or replaced) as well as scratch on crystal and bezel. Watch is ruined. If you care about your things don’t take them to Ernesto’s Jewlery!
Ernesto is not only an awesome jeweler, he is an amazing generous individual! He helped out a struggling young couple & went above & beyond to make their day special! yes I Love Ernesto's Jewelry awesome employees especially Mrs.Estella They help my husband pick my jewelry for the special occasions also got my 3 Children Graduations rings there very helpful and knowledge employees. I highly recommend them❤
