I have never been more disappointed in customer service in my life. I wanted to use them because I support local, small town businesses. But this was the worst buying experience ever. We ended up having to return the setting we bought because of poor communication and terrible customer service. Absolutely the best Jeweler I know. I would recommend Ernie and his staff to anyone I know and have done so for 30+ years. These folks simply care about all their customers and always make it right.
It’s true what they say - nothing last forever. Customerservice is less then desirable and that’s being polite. We as a family, co-workers and friends probably at one time or another had an experience here and it saddens me to think this jeweler is no longer able to uphold their reputation. I recall always hearing “ask for Ernie” - yeah, those days are long gone.
Bad service
RecommendedHave bought from them twice. Once a wedding ring which was amazing and an Opal pendent. Just walked out of there because the Opal became translucent. Well I learned that they are very fragile lol. It was past the 90 day return date by a couple months but they still replaced the Opal and apologized for not explaining to me how fragile they are. THAT'S AMAZING! Appreciate it guys!
