I had an appointment scheduled yesterday for 140pm. After waiting for 45 min, I asked how much longer I would need to wait. That's when the office staff told me he called off sick and I would need to reschedule. They didn't call me in advance to inform me, they didn't email me telling me he was out, they didn't even tell me I had to reschedule after I arrived. Instead, they let me sit in the waiting room for an hour then told me to go home. Worst doctors office I've been to in my life!!!!
He was pushy and inconsiderate. I did not feel that he even remotely was concerned with any of my concerns. He quickly wrote off everything.

I wanna say dr herfter saved my life. a few years ago. not only did he took great care of me for the 8yrs I was with him, he saved me by being a caring and understanding dr. my depression was so bad that I hung myself and lived. immediately I called his office within mins he personally called me and got me the help I needed. this was in Albuquerque. I moved on and still working my stuff out. he also has moved on I hear. I'm in florida and would give anything to have a dr like dr herter.
he is the best!
