My procedure was a nightmare. No one ever explained I'd be in pain and have a burning sensation 7 hours later. I was laid on a table and had gauze shoved in me that supposedly had lidocaine on it, but I felt everything and it hurt. I was told by the nurse to "stop clenching" but I couldn't help it because it hurt. The Dr was cold and unconcerned about me all together and just shoved the scope inside me. These people are absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend
Amy Long and her nurses are awesome and take ample time to explain the issue and the suggested solutions. They have even offered extra pain relief options. However the phone system stinks- no one picks up the phone. Twice I waited on hold for over 15 minutes only to be disconnected when they picked up my call. Very frustrating. Nearly impossible to reschedule
