Mostly younger female staff with very limited social skills. You'll get more courteous treatment at the Waffle House than here. Just lower your expectations and you'll be just fine.
My procedure was a nightmare. No one ever explained I'd be in pain and have a burning sensation 7 hours later. I was laid on a table and had gauze shoved in me that supposedly had lidocaine on it, but I felt everything and it hurt. I was told by the nurse to "stop clenching" but I couldn't help it because it hurt. The Dr was cold and unconcerned about me all together and just shoved the scope inside me.
