I have been going here for years and have always had good experiences.. I'm currently seeing Dr. Chatfield for several different bone and nerve issues and he is great. And everyone else has always been nice to me there as well.
They get you in quickly and reasonably priced with no insurance. Stacy McKinney is a very good PA. I’m grateful to have this as an option - considering I don’t have healthcare coverage
I had Alliant insurance at the time of my visit and I asked to be put with a provider who accepts alliant. I drove an hour to this clinic. However, I wasn’t. I have a copay of $40.00. They keep billing me for $228.00. I’ve called the clinic multiple times to speak about this and get dismissed and I’ve called carepayment with the same issue. They give me a number where no one answers. What a way to make money.
Erlanger Sports Medicine Walk-In Clinic would have got a perfect score from me had it not been for my experience with Rachel Vedder on September 9th. I was unable to see Dr Garrett that day, even my PCP and Orthopedic Surgeon were unavailable, so instead, I opted to see Rachel Vedder. Very rude front desk lady I received a call today 3/5/25 to schedule an appointment for my husband. I replied yes when she told me a referral was sent to schedule an appointment & she responded with “yes as in you’ll schedule an appointment or yes an in I can speak to your husband”. Ma’am I responded yes when you said if I could schedule an appointment therefore that means yes schedule an appointment literally it’s a no brainer.
