Erlanger gastroenterology they have the worst care team ever in life they sent me two dismal letters basically dismissing me from their practice and just to be very clear I would not recommend them to anyone and just so we are clear i have asked for help serval different times they recommended for me to add fiber to my diet and a host of other things that didn’t not help or work might I add also I requested to have a colonoscopy done they refused to do so and so therefore that is why will never recommend them to anybody at a... read more
This place was fine until my old provider left, I was transferred to Dr Rice. That was over a year ago. I've seen him once since then. Most of my appointments & surgeries have been rescheduled over and over. Yes, surgeries have been rescheduled multiple times. Including the week of. If you actually have an issue & need a provider to see you, I recommend going literally anywhere else. To be fair, I don't think it's specific to this provider. Find somewhere else to go, seriously. Dr. Kahloon is ok but the office staff is the worst. A 4 week follow up after surgery takes 5 months and the scheduling staff always has an attitude. I'm sorry I had the surgery, I would never have done it if I would have known that you are completely on your own after surgery. Having trouble or complications? Don't care. Can't see you for 5 months. Exactly zero concern for your health. Seriously, find somewhere else to go.
