My overall experience with Dr. Balliu was excellent. Dr. Balliu was on time for my appointment, I was not kept waiting and actually seen early. The staff was very helpful in assisting me navigating an app to share necessary info with Dr. Balliu. Dr. Balliu was patient, understanding and did not rush through the appointment. I felt understood and received some helpful information from the visit. My time was well spent with Dr. Balliu. Michael P.
Dr Balliu is an excellent provider, listens to our concerns ask us if we have any further questions and explains everything in a manner that I can understand. Her attention to detail and treating everyone as a person and not just a number is what really makes me happy about our experience with her.
Dr. Balliu is amazing. I have been type 1 diabetic since I was 14 and she is the first endocrinologist who has actually helped me get my A1C down. She is encouraging and doesn't ever make me feel like she is judging me when I ask questions. I would definitely recommend her.
