It used to be VERY EASY to get in to see Dr. Hamilton - but she since has merged her practice it's now standard to wait more than 6 weeks for an appointment. New office staff was not empathetic and had no soft skills to the concerns or change in business. Clearly they have heard this before as their answer was there are more patients due to more doctors... but shouldn't it be easier to get in? I like Dr. Hamilton, but miss her old business practices.
Dr Hamilton has been our pediatrician for 13 years. She is amazing!!!! She takes care to ask questions and to listen to concerns. She always gives us great advice. Thank you!!! We love Michelle and her other stuff too!
After a disappointing experience with another pediatrician we started taking my daughter to see Dr. Hamilton. From the first appointment we knew that we'd stay with Dr. Hamilton. Every visit the office staff is extremely friendly and engaging, which greatly reduces the fear children naturally feel and also sets parents mind at ease during what can be a stressful situation. Appointments start on time and Dr. Hamilton spends ample time answering questions and taking time to go in depth with any concerns and questions I’ve brought up over the years.
Dr. Hamilton has an excellent bedside manner.
My child was born with a cleft lip and pallet , it’s normal for a child to have trouble with feeding due to the disability, it’s completely normal and expected for her to be a bit smaller then other babies her age. Dr Hamilton recommended giving my newborn olive oil mixed into breast to help her gain weight .
Office is always available and accommodating. We haven't had many sick visits (usually well checks) but Dr. Hamilton is always available when we have questions -even on the weekends. Never have had to wait and the visits are nice and easy.
