I was surprised to have experienced subpar customer service and not the standard of professionalism I had grown accustom to as the norm. Today, no one answered my calls even though the office was open. The door was locked so I couldn’t walk in to let them know that I had a dental emergency. I waited over an hour in the parking lot, hoping that someone would unlock the door soon. I am disappointed.
RecommendedShe is amazing. When my daughter broke her front tooth, she rebuilt that tooth. The color matched so well the orthodontist didn't notice. She was a stickler about my crown and wouldn't accept lesser work from the crown maker. I always recommend her when asked for a great dentist.
