The nurse, Corrine at checkin was very professional, answered questions before I asked them . Very thorough. Thank you! Anesthesiologist was just as professional, sorry i forgot her name. Adrian assistant to Dr. MacKenzie was also very kind. I saw Dr MacKenzie 9 years ago for my last colonoscopy and hope to see him again in 10 years for a follow up! Very pleased with the entire team and my outcome! Thank you all!
This team works really hard to provide the best experience. Detailed instructions on what to do and expect before, smiling staff ready and waiting upon arrival, nurses and doctors review what’s going to happen during and things proceed as expected. Can’t think of a thing I would recommend changing.
Everyone was very professional, kind and efficient. One feels that you are in excellent care. Dr. Evans, as usual, was kind, efficient and professional, answering any questions that I had - sometimes even before I asked. Very professional.
