The staff all worked very well together making the experience efficient and painless.
My visit to Rocky Mountain GI was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Scott MacKenzie was on his game the minute I met him as well as the rest of the team. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having a Colonoscopy!
I have to admit to being a bit scared, not my favorite procedure to undergo but the god Dr. made me somehow feel confidant and at ease.
Dr. Springer provided thorough information, answered all my questions, and was patient and personable. His office staff was friendly and helpful. The excellent care is much appreciated!

The Dr was very professional and explained the procedure and all that would be done in a way that I felt that like I was in good hands.
This doctor made fun of me for saying I was in severe pain by mocking me and made a comment that this likely wouldn’t find the source of my pain and it is probably my fault. He made me feel worse than I did when I came in that day and I’m still confused and shocked as to why a healthcare professional would behave in such a manner to a patient. I hope he treats other patients with respect and compassion, but he did not do that with me at all. My mother witnessed all of this and was also extremely offended.
