I had my 81 year old mother in to the office and got asked to go back I stayed and waited for her 🕰⏰⏱2 1/2 hours later she comes out. It’s pretty sad to say but your office treats to patients like cattle in one door and out the next 2 + hours later. Second thing a lady was sitting next to me chatting and says I’ve been here a long time so she goes to receptionist and tells her name receptionist says oh we thought you left we called you so we put you down as a no show. They are the best! They do everything possible to save your sight. Dr Dailey and his staff have been my Blessing. I have been to other places, but these medical eye professionals are awesome.
I don't know just yet i'll be arriving there tomorrow will they do procedures on a 1st visit?

3 hrs for an appointment is sad. They need a new program or stop over booking appointments. Especially with 3 doctors there is no excuse.
