The ATM service on Peach St. Main office is not a service but a hassle. If one does not own an SUV, you cannot use the ATM without having to get out of the car and standing in from of the screen. This is, by far, the worst access to ATM in the entire city. I have gone into the office to file a complain, and all I am told is that they have had many complaints. Always a great experience. I’ve been a member for well over 20 years since starting my first savings account at age 6. Today we had a great experience opening my son’s first savings account friendly, efficient and fun service. We are super excited to put more years on the books with our favorite credit union!!

AFTER 20 + YEARS OF BEING A MEMBER TODAY WILL BE MY LAST. I WENT IN TO OPEN A JOINT ACCOUNT WITH MY FUTURE WIFE TO PAY WEDDING EXPENSES, BEING TOLD I COULDN'T BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD ACCT. THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME AFTER LOOKING INTO MY ACCOUNT, MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE SHUT OFF AT MIDNIGHT DUE TO DEFAULTING ON A LOAN 8 YEARS AGO THROUGH BANKRUPTCY THAT WAS NEVER NOTICED TILL TODAY. Completely inept at Greengarden location. Unreasonable wait times in the drive-thrus when it's not busy. Unintelligent and slow personnel you have to interact with to do your banking in said drive-thru. Switching banks and taking our mortgage and auto with us. Worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life.
i called said wait time less than 7 min. it took over 20 min to talk to someone
