There was a time someone used my account an stole money from my account an they reacted fast an took Control an I never lost a penny from it all am they kept in touch with us the whole time !!! My uncle passed away. He had a credit card through EFCU. He had a balance on his credit card. Well they felt it was ok to clean out my aunts account along with her Christmas club. They did this without even contacting my aunt. Not a very nice thing to so to a grieving widow who was struggling already. Shame on you EFCU.
I recommend the credit union as a whole, but they could really use some skill building on efficiency. The drive thrus are so slow. Especially on Zuck. Gets frustrating how long the wait is.
