They cant keep up with the Covid, too long in line waiting up to an hr with only 3 cars in front.....understaffed aka slacking. Also doesn't believe in all American currency....never has $2 Bill's.....that's why you are a bank
TERRIBLE, Very unprofessional. Was quoted and explained one thing only to be lied to about a offer. Filed an application under false pretense, only to receive back completely wrong paper work at a terrible rate. Ill pay more in the future just not to use your company again. I've been a member for 20 years, ill be closing my accounts soon.
I had the most unprofessional experience with them! They discussed account specific info over the phone without proper verification! Then in a very matter of fact manner told me nothing could be done regarding my concern and that filing a formal complaint didn’t require a call back as they would handle the situation with additional training! Worst experience ever. You can’t train reps to treat people with respect and compassion . Can’t wait to close my accounts!
We’ve had multiple bad experiences with the customer service provided by EFCU. They clearly do not care about their customers. We will be switching all accounts to another bank. We’re so disappointed in the service (and lack thereof) that we’ve received.
Most unprofessional bank their is. Can’t wait to pull every dime I have out this weekend. This bank is absolutely useless
EFCU has been one of the best decisions we've ever made over 15 years ago. Very happy with their services and outstanding customer service. No company is perfect as Walt Disney but their pretty close. We thank you all at EFCU.

Be aware you can recieve a call from the fraud dept located in Omaha Nebraska, it also may identify as Bank of America...glad for the vigilance, if you dont verify your card is frozen.
