Dr. Blackwell had me find the age of my anxiety and tell it to step back and thank it. I have a lot of pain physically also. This made no sense to me at all and I don't know what age my anxiety even started!! He seemed to stuck on that
I just finished 4 month of sessions with Dr. B.I am 75 and wrote a review after the very first session because it was so different than any I have had. And I am actually missing our sessions. He is professional, kind, funny and so insightful and asks before he probes. I have new tools I am working on using daily. I cannot change anybody but me and that has given me some peace and hope and it is so comforting to know that I can return should I need to. thank you Dr. B
