Let me start out by saying, I work in the IT support/customer service for more than 20 years. As a frontline rep and as a field service technician, Eric is one of the most honest and reliable RV mechanic’s I have ever met. To start 4 years ago I had a problem with my brakes locking up and called Eric’s shop. Eric walked me through a few things to try before bringing my RV in for service. (AT No cost). Our awning motor had burn out during our last camping outing. So we were looking for someone to do the warranty repair. With the excellent reviews Eric's had, we knew we would get excellent service and repair and we did !!!!
We were having a problem with our bedroom AC when in Onslow, NC & couldn't find anyone to check it. Thank Heaven for Erics RV. We were headed to virginia beach a couple days later so I called Erics to see if he could take a look at it. It's always a risk to "pick" someone out of the air, but I was impressed by the reviews.
