I am so unbelievably blessed to have found Erica. I was looking for someone trained in internal family systems and got way more than I could have imagined because she's trained in somatics and helps her clients acknowledge, recognize, and process their feelings in the body. So many of us live so much in our heads, disregarding that there's a body down there that can feel things too. My sessions with her don't only result in healing for me. They shift the energy of my entire household for the better.

She does not understand neurodivergence, at all. Tried to convince me my masking (I am diagnosed AuDHD, PTSD) was compartmentalization. Did not want to listen to me, because she already had all the answers. Refused to keep seeing me unless I checked myself into a psych hospital to get my “Bipolar” fixed. I have been evaluated by several neuropsychologists, both before and after my engagement with this “therapist” and no one has ever diagnosed me as bipolar. But Erica Albert of course knew better. My experience with Erica Albert was mixed. She helped me with embodiment of feelings, somatic grounding and inner child work. I learned a lot and connected with my inner child on a deeper level. The resources that I learned from her I use on a daily basis.
