Bought a car on a Saturday when it was snowing. Emailed them that I found a chip in windshield on Sunday. Sent them pics of the chip and had a glass company check it out on the next Friday. They told me it had already been repaired and should be replaced, only then did Jamie reveal that yes, it had been repaired in their shop prior to our purchase and that there was nothing else that they could do. Went to quck lane for 4 new tires, had an appointment for firs round. Took 2 1/2 hours. Warnings were going off in vehicle as soon aa I left! Went home and checked air pressures and ralized all tires wre under inflated by 15- 20# ech. Horrible experience, buyer beware!

I have purchased many cars over the years and I have to say working with Steve Pearson was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have never purchased a car from start to finish in under 3 hours; that includes all of the paperwork. Steve took the time to go through all the amazing features of the car and we couldn't be happier! I will be recommending Eric Von Schledorn in Random Lake to all my Friends and Family!!
Was charged way more then they quoted job to be. An what should take a day or two took them two weeks to do. An lack if communication on there end!!!!!!
