Mitch was our salesperson and was great despite being very busy. I feel we received a great car at a good price. The only issue we had was while they were cleaning/detailing our new car the windshield somehow got a chip in it. The manager agreed to pay for it at a local shop, so we'll see. A good overall experience though

Drove over an hour and a half to look at a vehicle after many calls from one of the salesmen. Took the car for a test drive then the minute we get inside, he is trying to sell me this "protection" stuff for the car before we even talk about the car itself. Once I said no to that, which seemed to put him in a bad mood, we started to try to negotiate on the price of the car. Never pressured. Everyone was nice and friendly. Were willing to work on a deal that satisfied everyone.
Rob did a wonderful job in helping us through the process and selecting our Escape. He even drove the vehicle to our home so we could test drive! He made our decision to buy from Eric Von Schledorn very easy. Will absolutely buy our next vehicle form Rob and Eric!
