Alex H was awesome to work with! He took the time to walk me through the entire car and showed me how to use all the features! He had great customer service skills and included my girls in the excitement of purchasing my new car. I really love my new Ford Fusion!

Not honorable!! I bought a vehicle over the net from Eric von Schledorn Ford in Random Lake, WI. over the net as I lived 150 miles away. I called and talked with Noel who said they would only take full price. I agreed and gave him my credit card as a deposit. I arranged a wire transfer for the balance the next day when I picked it up. I called just before we left to tell him we were on the way. He told me he sold the vehicle last night. AFTER HE TOOK MY DEPOSIT. Terrible business practice!!
There was no pressure. The sales staff listened and qualified our wants rather than completely steering us to their needs. They went to some trouble to find and get the vehicle we wanted!
I came in later on a Monday night in an absolute panic. Alex was awesome. He was so patient despite my inability to make a decision. He found me exactly what I needed and I left in less than 3 hours with my new car. Which I love considering I did NOT want to purchase a car. I definitely recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to go see Alex.
We drove from Appleton to purchase a car that they were emailing us back and forth asking what would it take to get us in the vehicle. We tell them we are coming to take a test drive. We get there-they have no clue who we are and the car that we wanted to test drive has not been prepared for us. In fact-it had zero power. Zero customer service.

I will bring my car back to Eric Von Schledorn Ford every time I need service done. I was made to feel comfortable and all future work needed was explained thoroughly to me, along with the prices of parts and labor. Tell your friends to bring their cars to a place they can count on.
Bought my first brand new car from here and Alex was very helpful. He answered any questions and knew what he was talking about. He sat in the car and took me step by step on how to do everything. My parents never received that from other dealers, they just synced their phones and let them go. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone!
