Eric worked with my mother on the sale of our family home, which she had lived in for 50+ years. He was incredibly kind and patient with us during the process, and had great instincts on how to prepare the house for sale, the timing, etc. We could not have asked for a better guide and businessperson to work with us and I would highly recommend him.
