Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bailey today. He has secured himself life long customers. Extremely friendly and personable guy who made an eye appointment easy and fun! His technology is amazing and loves to share all about it. ;)
My family used Target optical in Rogers for 10 years, but decided to switch due to high Doctor turnover and poor customer service. I chose Monticello location on a whim, & wow, talk about being impressed! The service received by Dr. Bailey & his staff at Monticello Target Optical is so superior, it doesn't even compare!
Such wonderful people there. I want to thank the ladies who staied open another 15 minutes so my mom and sister could get my glasses. Thank u so much.

I cannot explain adequately how wonderful Target Optical truly is. My entire family has been going here for years has always been exactly the same--efficient, warm, and helpful. I have always felt as if all my questions, comments, and concerns were taken care of in the best possible way--sometimes before I even voiced them myself! Totally a 5 star rating .. dr. Eric bailey is an amazing doctor. Hands down the best around. He saw me on an emergency basis for some eye issues was a quick thinker and thought out side the box to make sure my eyes were good. This means a lot to me since I have a couple serious eye diseases. He is a miracle worker. I highly recommend him to everyone!
