I'm 57 yrs. old and grew up in the business as my Dad owned an Optical Company in Sioux City and I worked summers while in high school. Whenever I get my eyes checked, I'm always skeptical wondering what they're going to try and sell me. Not here!! I had fantastic service again with Dr. Bailey today! I am grateful he was open on a Sunday and especially on New Years Day!
Wonderful service. I loved being able to get the whole family in at one time. Along with the convinence of being seen on Christmas Eve, since we already had the day off from work and school. Making an appointment was fast and easy.
Dr. BAILEY is FANTASTIC! As a new patient, he has made me feel welcomed and want to recommend everyone to go there!! My vision is difficult to get right, and he did it, not only accurately but quickly! That has not been done before! I have gone to several places but will stick here! He even had me see the difference when explaining my eyes by demonstrating outside of the exam room! I appreciated that! It helped me understand my eyes more!
Dr Bailey has the most current technology, the most friendly and professional team and has never pushed our family into something we don't need. Even when I don't see him specifically I am always impressed with his staff. They are courteous, understanding and service oriented!! He won our patient loyalty!
Dr. Bailey is awesome! Always can get me in within a couple days notice and I always receive excellent service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
