Eric has stuck with us through all of the crazy ups and downs of our home buying process! He fit us into his schedule to see houses at crazy times because we knew they wouldn't be on the market long. Mr. Schultz is the most attentive realtor I’ve ever worked with. My wife and I had an impossible list of features we wanted in our new home. It took him 2 days and he had a list of homes that matched perfectly. I can not recommend him enough if you want a realtor that will listen to you, and be available to answer your questions. Even as busy as he was, he never made us feel like he had any other clients. Unreal! From day zero to close was 8 weeks and we now have our dream home.
