Absolutely excellent service. I dropped my boat off at around 2 p.m. and by 6 p.m. Eric was texting me saying the boat was ready to pick up. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Eric.
Eric has taken excellent care of my boating repairs for years. He is true professional and does exactly what he says he will do at a fair price. Had a chance to take my two grandsons fishing the other day but had a dead starter battery the day before we were supposed to go. Stopped by Eric’s and asked if he could get over to the marina and he dropped what he was doing and got my boat running in time for me and my grandsons to have one of the best days ever on the lake. Eric's Mobile Marine can now WELD ALUMINUM! Totally awesome service. My Pontoon Bass Buggy DLX 18 developed a right-side Pontoon leak and was listing heavily. Took it to the most well equipped and honest repair Marine shop in Lenoir City, Eric's Mobile Marine. He knew just what to do and showed me his brand-new Aluminum Welding rig. He was right on the task and my 'Toon' is healed and back afloat. Now if the Bass were just a cooperative!
Customer service is nothing short of top notch. His shop is amazingly well equipped with everything to give you confidence in his capabilities. Highly recommended on my part. Super honest straight shooting guy! I will be back for sure!
Worst place in all of east tennessee. Tells me my outdrive isn't available anywhere! Not even sei. Had the boat from April to December 21. Would not return calls and none of his staff can or will help you. FYI. Paid him money for a quote finally got the boat back and I now have an sei outdrive on its way! Ordered it the day I got the boat back and confirmed the drive will be here in 2 weeks. He was charging $4100!!! Outdrive from sei, $1600.
