If you have an appointment just be sure to call first. Arrived at my scheduled appointment 6 minutes early, just to have him out making mobile calls. He replaced a power trim assembly that I purchased used, did not sync the dash trim gauge with the motor, trim gauge showing between 1/4 and 1/2 when all the way down. Eric is very responsive and really knows how to repair boats. He has helped us with prop repair and battery issue. I appreciate his communication style as he is very busy at this time of year. I will use him for all future boat repair needs
Eric has taken excellent care of my boating repairs for years. He is true professional and does exactly what he says he will do at a fair price. Had a chance to take my two grandsons fishing the other day but had a dead starter battery the day before we were supposed to go. Stopped by Eric’s and asked if he could get over to the marina and he dropped what he was doing and got my boat running in time for me and my grandsons to have one of the best days ever on the lake. Customer service is nothing short of top notch. His shop is amazingly well equipped with everything to give you confidence in his capabilities. Highly recommended on my part. Super honest straight shooting guy! I will be back for sure!
Eric's Mobile Marine can now WELD ALUMINUM! Totally awesome service. My Pontoon Bass Buggy DLX 18 developed a right-side Pontoon leak and was listing heavily. Took it to the most well equipped and honest repair Marine shop in Lenoir City, Eric's Mobile Marine. He knew just what to do and showed me his brand-new Aluminum Welding rig. He was right on the task and my 'Toon' is healed and back afloat. Now if the Bass were just a cooperative!
