So thankful God open the doors for me to see Dr. Liu!! He is the most compassionate, caring, empathetic doctor.. He is a specialist in NETs and wants nothing more but to make sure all his patients have to highest quality of care and life… I highly recommend him as a NETs specialist and surgeon.. I live in Liberty SC and flew to Denver CO to have surgery with him.. My local surgeons (non specialist) told me I was inoperable, but Dr. Liu gave us hope.. we did a telehealth appointment he reviewed all my scans went over the plan... read more

If you have a Carcinoid tumor, Dr Liu is the one you want to do the surgery if that is what is required. My experience with him before, during and at follow up have been excellent. Dr Liu is a straight shooter, he will tell you the truth, no matter what that is. You will have the information you need to make an informed decision. My life was on the line and he performed seven hours of surgery. Would I rely on him again- absolutely!

I recently needed surgery for NETS. Dr. Eric Liu performed a complex surgery and he saved my life. Trust is huge when I’m in need of a surgical procedure. I trust Dr. Liu to use his skills, knowledge, and experience to give me a quality life. He is positive and I feel hope that there are options to improve the outcomes of my disease. Dr Liu is not only extremely knowledgeable about NETS but cares about you as a person! Dr liu treated my wife and I as people. His mantra is to be our guide and to not let us worry about tough decisions, rather to rely on his to guide us in those decisions. Dr Liu sets a short term and a long term plan with the patient. His incredible communication allows the patient to relax and breath, knowing that the care team led by Dr Liu is in control. My life changed the minute I transferred my care to Dr Liu. I have been his patient thru surgery, PRRT, liver embolization, and more. He has been incredible and in truth, he saved my life.
